Check In
We do require that some form of valid photo identification is presented upon check in, preferably a Passport, driver's license or government issued identity card.

New arrivals can check into their rooms after 2pm each day. Guests may arrive earlier and leave their luggage at the hostel if your room is not ready for you.


Check Out
Check out is at 11am and guests must hand all keys back to reception. Guests may stay in the leaving room or leave their luggage at the hostel till departure.



PLEASE NOTE

If you do not contact us prior to arrival when booking dorm beds in dorm rooms, we cannot guarantee that you will all be staying in the same room. We suggest booking private rooms if you don't want to be split or contact us directly in order to check the availability.
